The hotel offers very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring central London, although some road noise can be expected. The dining experience could be improved with more variety, but still includes hot waffles. Overall, a great value for the convenient location and friendly service.

I was directly above the outside drinking/smoking area, which was not ideal. The room was not really clean and far too hot, however, the staff were excellent, very friendly, and happy to advise. The location suited me well for my visit, right next to the station. The dining experience was good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was convenient and offered value for money.
